Services
Our services include: Hydrogeological survey, borehole design & construction, test pumping, borehole equipping & water treatment system installation
Hydrogeological Survey & report
Before drilling, a hydrogeological survey is carried out to ascertain suitable sites for a borehole. It involves desk study and field survey to establish detailed topographical and geological features of the area, and to determine the level and volume of water available.

Borehole Design & Construction
This involves drilling a well and installing casing, screen and blind casing to depth. The annular space between the well screen, well casing and borehole wall is filled with gravel or coarse sand. The gravel pack prevents sand and fine particles from moving from the aquifer formation to the well. The uppermost section of the annulus is then sealed with bentonite clay and cement grout to ensure that no water or contamination can enter the annulus from the surface.
Test Pumping
The pump test is a controlled test whereby a borehole is pumped at controlled rate and the level of response is measured and recorded.
Tunnel drilling carries out test pumping for a day or more if required to determine the hydraulic properties of the aquifer and also expected yield (amount) of the borehole.
This information is used to determine the size of the pump that will be permanently installed to the borehole based on water demand, it can also be used as a future reference point should the performance of the borehole of pump deteriorate or upgrading the existing pump due increase in demand.

Borehole Equipping & treatment systems
Borehole Equipping is the most vital stage in the borehole drilling process and our technical experts have equipped hundreds of boreholes across the country. Once the borehole is drilled and pump testing completed, Tunnel drilling will complete your system with pump installation and water treatment if necessary. The borehole equipping consists of (but not limited to) the following; pump installation with it’s accessories like control panel, electrical submersible pump (ESP) and underground cables, raising main pipes and also well head assembly including pump controller and pressure control equipment.
Chemical treatment system can be installed if required depending on customer specification and usage. Our team has extensive experience in installing chemical treatment units such Grundfos dosing pumps.

Other Services we offer
Design & Construction of solar-powered water systems
Solar Water Pumping or photovoltaic water pumping (PVP) is a better alternative to generator powered pumps that not only require costly, regular servicing and the purchasing of fuel, they emit carbon dioxide polluting the atmosphere.
Solar energy has proven to be operationally, financially, and environmentally sustainable. Our team will successfully design and construct solar powered system based on your requirements.

Water storage tanks & Civil works
Different types of water storage tanks can be installed depending on customer needs. The Most popular tanks are prefabricated steel tanks because of durability.
Design and construction of supply and service pipe connections can be carried out by our teams at competitive prices.
Design & implementation of water supply systems
We are highly experienced in planning, designing, constructing and commissioning water supply networks. We design the networks by considering primary factors such as the location, total water availability, rate of water supply required and the total number of people the water should be supplied to.
We customize water distribution network designs to provide optimum flow rate, accommodate further growth, maintenance and preserve the chemical integrity of the water.
